Cross Country

Pupils did really well in the annual district Cross Country on Friday 12th February. We are very proud of the effort that representing pupils put in. Thank you so much for all of your efforts.

 

 

KS2 Netball League

The annual Wyre Forest Netball League has begun! Running over a period of 4 weeks, teams will be battling it out to the top position at the Stourport Dome.

Our first tournament matches began on Wednesday 2nd March 2016. Lickhill played superbly, putting their skills and tactics to the test, playing against Hagley, Offmore and Hartlebury Primary School.

 

Upcoming Events:

Intra-school Netball Tournament

Lickhill’s first ever KS2 intra-school netball tournament will be ran on Thursday 24th March. Years 3, 4, 5 and 6 are busy preparing for this event!

 

Dance Festival

On Tuesday 15th March, Lickhill will be taking a selection of pupils to the annual Stourport Family’s Dance Festival. We are all very excited for the evening event and very much look forward to an evening of performances.

We are writing this letter to inform you that the cake sale went really well. We raised £113.70!

World Book Day! A celebration!

Water, water!

This week the school were lucky enough to have a visit from Mr Paul Tingle from Severn Trent. He gave a very amusing assembly on the importance of saving water, which the children really enjoyed.
