Jubilee Picnic

On Friday 1st June all the children, staff and parents from Lickhill Primary School, celebrated the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee by wearing red, white and blue and by having a huge picnic on the field.

During the morning session all the children in the school and some of the pre-school children participated in a number of different fun activities with the teachers.  The children enjoyed role play, orienteering, sketching, maths, country dancing, plate designing etc.

At 1:00pm a huge number of parents joined the children and staff for a picnic on the school field.  After lunch the parents were entertained with singing and dancing.  Lots of fun was had by all.

Below we have added on some of the pictures from the day.  Look out for our very own Queen, Mrs Roberts.
