Cornets and Skipping in one day!
Year 4 had a marvelous day on Thursday, beginning with a healthy skipping workshop. By the end of the session all children had taken their 'first skips' forwards, or backwards and the more experienced among them had learned a new trick, either individually or in pairs. Adam was impressed with the positive, 'Can Do' attitude of our pupils.
Later that day, the cornet lesson began with a new tune, which we learned to play in no time at all. I am extremely impressed with how quickly they seem to be picking up the new notes and keeping in time to the music.
