Year 5 Anglo-Saxon Living Museum
Year 5 have had an amazing few weeks working with Rob in Forest School in small groups, learning specific skills which linked to our Anglo-Saxon history topic.
We finished the term off with a celebration of this learning by creating our very own "Living Museum". Each group had to educate another group on the specific skills they had taken part in; such as drop spinning and pottery so there was plenty of learning from each other! To make this even more exciting, we decided to dress up in Anglo-Saxon costume for the occasion which just made the morning so much more enjoyable. Thank you to all parents for supporting this. Please enjoy looking at the photos and talk to your children about their experiences and what they know!
