We had an excellent week celebrating the Coronation Week in Reception.  We looked at British traditions, King Charles life story, looked at London landmarks and ended the week with a street party and even met the King himself! 

The children of Lickhill have enjoyed celebrating the King’s coronation this week. After an assembly to share the work completed in school and a surprise visits from a noble guest, the children had a street party lunch in school. 

As part of our theme for "Tales with tails" the children were asked to create a character from a story of their choice.  Some children made up there own story and created their own character...take a look at what they have made. Thank you for all the support to our families. More photos to follow!
